Information for people with reduced mobility

The main nave and the south aisle of St. Jacobi are barrier-free. A ramp is available at the step leading to the choir. There is an accessible toilet at the church.

For concerts, wheelchair users and their accompanying persons can book designated wheelchair spaces shown on the seating plan at eventim.de.

Unfortunately, the parish office can only be reached via four steps. Please announce your planned visit to the parish office in advance so that we can welcome you in the entrance area.
You can reach us at the outer door via the parish office doorbell.

All other parish rooms (parish hall, sacristy, Herrensaal, restoration workshop) are unfortunately not accessible without barriers.

Information for people with hearing impairments

St. Jacobi is equipped with an induction loop system for hearing aids. The seating area for inductive listening is located on the pulpit side of the main nave. Please take a seat there and switch your hearing aid to the T position.
