Parish council

The parish council decides all matters of parish life and carries the spiritual responsibility for the community.
The parish council is elected by the parish for a period of six years (last election was held 27 November 2022). It is composed of selected appointed members and the pastors. Three members of the parish council are also delegated as Church Elders to the Kollegium der Oberalten (college of superiors from the five main churches of Hamburg).
